I am a debtor both to the Greeks and to the barbarians, both to the wise and to the unwise.
So, as much as is in me, I am ready to preach the gospel to you also who are in Rome.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ. For it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith. As it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
The wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth through unrighteousness.
For what may be known about God is clear to them since God has shown it to them.
The invisible things about Him—His eternal power and deity—have been clearly seen since the creation of the world and are understood by the things that are made, so that they are without excuse.
