41 “And we, indeed, rightly so, for we receive the due reward of our deeds, but this One has done no wrong.”
42 And he said to יהושע, “Master, remember me when You come into Your reign.”
43 And יהושע said to him, “Truly, I say to you today, you shall be with Me in Paradise.”
44 And it was now about the sixth hour, and darkness came over all the land, until the ninth hour.
45 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the Dwelling Place was torn in two.
46 And crying out with a loud voice, יהושע said, “Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit.” And having said this, He breathed His last.
47 And the captain, seeing what took place, praised Elohim, saying, “Truly, this Man was righteous!”
