25 And He said to them, “O thoughtless ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!
26 “Was it not necessary for the Messiah to suffer these and to enter into His esteem?”
27 And beginning at Mosheh and all the Prophets, He was explaining to them in all the Scriptures the matters concerning Himself.
28 And they approached the village where they were going, and He seemed to be going on.
29 But they urged Him strongly, saying, “Stay with us, for it is toward evening, and the day has declined.” And He went in to stay with them.
30 And it came to be, when He sat at the table with them, having taken the bread, He blessed, and having broken, He was giving it to them.
31 And their eyes were opened and they recognised Him. And He disappeared from their sight.
