3 To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice. The shepherd calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.
4 “When he has brought out all his own, he goes ahead of them; and the sheep follow him because they know his voice.
5 They will never follow a stranger, but will run away from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”
6 Yeshua told them this parable, but they did not understand what He was telling them.
7 So Yeshua said again, “Amen, amen I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep.
8 All those who came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them.
9 I am the gate! If anyone comes in through Me, he will be saved. He will come and go and find pasture.
