With my whole heart I cry'd, Lord, hear;I will thy word obey.
I cry'd to thee; save me, and Iwill keep thy laws alway.
I of the morning did preventthe dawning, and did cry:For all mine expectationdid on thy word rely.
Mine eyes did timeously preventthe watches of the night,That in thy word with careful mindthen meditate I might.
After thy loving-kindness hearmy voice, that calls on thee:According to thy judgment, Lord, revive and quicken me.
Who follow mischief they draw nigh;they from thy law are far:
But thou art near, Lord; most firm truthall thy commandments are.
